Salted Caramel UBE Latte Recipe (Iced or Hot)

1. In a cup or bowl, mix 2 to 3 flat teaspoons of ube powder with a little hot water until smooth.
2. Add 20 cl of hot or cold plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy… as you prefer).
3. Add 2 to 3 cl of Monin salted butter caramel syrup, adjusting to taste.
4. Stir well. Serve in a transparent glass to enjoy the intense purple color.
5. For an iced version: simply add a few ice cubes for extra refreshment.
