In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your order, without having to give any reason.

Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
This page is the withdrawal functionality of Article L221-21: it stays available for the whole withdrawal period, with or without a customer account.
The refund covers the order amount and the standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, unless stated otherwise.
Some goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal by Article L221-28, in particular items made to your specifications, goods that deteriorate quickly, and recordings unsealed after delivery.
