This prestige cuvée is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, mainly sourced from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. The choice of a Pinot Noir-led blend brings energy, verticality and saline depth, while the Chardonnay provides floral grace and final tension. The Brut dosage at 6 g/L preserves the drive and purity of the fruit. Several years' aging on the lees refines the structure, mellows the effervescence and deepens the toasty nuances.
