Description
Born of an emblematic heritage and an assembly art of rare precision, the Ruinart Brut Rosé stands as an ode to delicacy and the joy of the senses. This Champagne AOC, with its recognisable style, is aimed at connoisseurs seeking a rosé that is at once airy and vibrant, able to accompany the moment with grace without overpowering it. Its elegant framework marries the essence of red fruits with floral finesse, carried by a finely sculpted effervescence that dances in the glass like an operatic overture. Perfect to elevate the aperitif, evoke a maritime table or brighten a celebration, it is distinguished by exemplary aromatic clarity and a caressing texture. Between indulgence and uprightness, this rosé finds its point of equilibrium for a lasting, memorable tasting experience.
Assemblage et vinification
Produced in respect of the Champagne AOC, the Ruinart Brut Rosé combines around 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, with a portion vinified as red to give the wine its delicate colour and fruit flesh. The Chardonnays draw their precision and brightness from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, while the Pinot Noirs, from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, provide structure, depth and aromatic resonance. The blend incorporates 20 to 25% reserve wines from the two previous vintages to preserve the house signature and ensure continuity of style. The dosage, controlled at around 9 g/l, sculpts a harmonious palate, combining precision and roundness. The result, perfectly balanced, reveals a rosé of great stature, luminous, lively and sensuous.
Notes de dégustation
- Robe : Tender pink with subtle orange highlights, crossed by lively effervescence and persistent bead. The clarity invites contemplation, promising sparkling freshness and a pure line.
- Nez : Immediate and refined expression of exotic fruits such as guava and lychee, joined by a basket of red berries like raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry. Notes of rose and a hint of pomegranate complete this highly distinguished bouquet.
- Bouche : Fresh, precise attack, silky texture, a carefully constructed progression between the crunch of fruit and floral tenderness. The framework is clear, the liveliness expertly tamed, and the finish lingers elegantly on delicately tangy red fruit notes.
Température de service et conseils
Serve this rosé well chilled in tulip glasses to enhance the finesse of the bubbles and the complexity of the bouquet. A short rest after opening allows it to reveal its most subtle nuances. Store the bottle on its side, away from light, in a cool, steady place. This cuvée can be enjoyed now for its immediate grace, while also able to keep its charm for a few years, gaining in patina and aromatic integration. At the table, avoid dishes that are too spicy which would overpower its delicacy, and favour precision, freshness and correct cooking for a perfect match.
