Located in Réans, in the Gers, Château Saint Aubin belongs to the Westphal family and spans 200 hectares, including 50 hectares of vines across five parcels. The estate combines tradition and innovation, with a cellar equipped with cutting-edge technology, an Inertys gas press to protect musts from oxidation, precise temperature control systems, and premium French oak barrels crafted by Tonnellerie Adour.

The limited edition N°686 is made exclusively from the Baco grape, vintage 2021. Aged in medium-toasted, fine-grain oak barrels from Gers, this cask strength Armagnac reaches 61.6%. Only 550 bottles were produced, making it a rare and highly sought-after spirit.
