Blend and Production

Blaasveld Broeck is made from carefully selected cereals derived from the brewing of Gouden Carolus beer. Following traditional distillation in pot stills, the spirit is aged in oak casks, allowing the whisky to develop harmonious woody notes while maintaining the generosity of the malt and the finesse of gentle spices.
