This cuvée results from a serene blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, sourced from a mosaic of around 40 crus, nearly half of them classified as Grands Crus. Cellaring, minimum 4 years on lees, refines the effervescence, polishes the texture and sets the cuvée on a trajectory of caressing tension.
