Description
Tour du Sème 2016 embodies the accomplished expression of a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru born from a sunny and generous vintage. Favorable climatic conditions allowed optimal grape ripeness, resulting in a concentrated, rich and well-balanced wine that retains freshness and elegance.
Blend and Winemaking
This Grand Cru is crafted from a blend dominated by Merlot, bringing roundness and generosity, complemented by Cabernet Franc, which adds structure, freshness and aromatic complexity. Winemaking follows traditional Bordeaux methods, with carefully controlled extraction to preserve fruit purity and tannin finesse. Ageing in French oak barrels refines the structure and adds subtle, well-integrated woody notes.
